CHANGING VETERAN’S LIVES.
ONE SKI AT A TIME.
That's a wrap on our 2026 Partyka scholarship trip! We had an absolute blast with Mike this week. Throughout the week he skied a total of 22,934 vertical foot of ascent, Totalling 45,868 of vertical foot (ascent and descent). We're lucky to know you Mike and have had the privilege to share the skin track with you! Looking forward to see where you go next with your skiing.
Thanks again to our partners who helped make this trip a reality!

We are proud to announce this year's Travis Partyka Scholarship Recipient. Mike is our 2026 recipient.
The scholarship recipient that is chosen each year, is someone the FCF crew feels fully embodies who Travis was as a veteran, friend and brother to us all.
Figgy was a no-brainer for us to select him. A Navy Corpsman turned nurse. Mike has spent his career helping those around him and is well deserving of some help himself! In hearing how he has sacrificed to help those around him both in and out of the service it was easy for us to see Travis coming through.
A life-long pursuer of the outdoor world, we are so stoked to see what adventures Mike gets up to with us, and in the years to come.
We are excited for Mike to join us this winter and share with him in the Front Country way of the uphill.
Year 5 of the 24forTMP is in the books.
Thanks to everyone who helped/prepped or participated in this event.
@leon_goldstriker for being out there with me for the entire 24hr push.
@ro_shambo for helping dig things out, stack wood and for joining us throughout the night
@lillywilla for the coffee and picking us up!

Life is a Party(ka)
On January 24, 2021 I, along with anyone who knew him, lost a brother, husband, friend, mentor, son and inspirational soul. In his honor we started a day of remembering him in a way we felt honored him in a positive way.
This year we are again planning on skiing for 24 hours to remember him and spend time in high places to feel close to him and his spirit. Please consider participating with us this year. Whether it's calling 2 friends for 4 minutes or doing 24 laps around the block.
We are also asking for anyone willing to donate directly to our Partyka Scholarship, which goes directly to funding not only a trip, but also providing all gear necessary to one participant who we feel fully embodies who Travis was to all of us.
This year's recipient has been selected and will be announced on the 25th of January.
In whatever you do on the 24th, remember "Life is a Party(ka)"
We are so stoked to announce our partnership with the CPL Daegan Page Foundation for the upcoming 2026 Partyka Scholarship trip! This collaboration embodies our shared commitment to empowering veterans!
The CPL Daegan Page Foundation, dedicated to honoring the memory of Corporal Daegan Page, supports initiatives that uplift and inspire through education, mentorship, and community engagement. Together, we will provide veterans with a transformative experience that enhances their skills and awareness.
We are proud to announce this year's Travis Partyka Scholarship Recipient. Barrent @barrentdickinson is the 2025 recipient.
The scholarship recipient that is chosen each year, is someone the FCF crew feels fully embodies who Travis was as a veteran, friend and brother to us all.
Barrent was a no-brainer for us to select him. A career Navy Corpsman. We have seen first hand how Barrent is an advocate for veteran mental health, as well as his own. Barrent has spent his career helping those around him and is well deserving of some help himself!
A life-long pursuer of the outdoor world, we are so stoked to see what adventures Barrent gets up to with us, and in the years to come.
We are excited for Barrent to join us this winter and share with him in the Front Country way of the uphill.
